STYX Return Policy

Effective Date: 11 November 2025

At STYX, we stand behind the purity of everything we create. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns for eligible items purchased directly from www.drinkstyx.com within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • You’ll need to provide proof of purchase (your order number or receipt).

  • Returns must be initiated via email at hi@drinkstyx.com before sending anything back.

Once approved, we’ll share return instructions and a return shipping address.
Please note: return postage is at the customer’s expense, unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, contact us at hi@drinkstyx.com within 7 days of delivery.
Include photos of the issue, and we’ll replace the item or issue a refund — whichever you prefer.

Refunds

Refunds are processed once the returned items have been received and inspected.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we can’t accept returns on opened beverage products, even if only partially consumed.
Merchandise (such as apparel and accessories) may be exchanged for a different size or colour, provided it’s unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

Pre-Orders & Limited Drops

All pre-order and limited-run items are considered final sale once production has begun.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll replace it — no questions asked.
