STYX Shipping Policy

Effective Date: 11 November 2025

At STYX, we move fast — but we also take care. Every order is handled by real people who treat your delivery like it matters, because it does.


1. Dispatch & Processing Times

Orders are processed and dispatched from Melbourne, Victoria within 2–4 business days of purchase.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and another with tracking details once it’s on its way.

During peak seasons or product launches, dispatch times may extend slightly — but we’ll always keep you informed.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size.
We currently ship within Australia only.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Metro VIC, NSW, SA: 2–5 business days

  • Regional areas: 5–10 business days

  • WA, NT, TAS: 7–12 business days

Once your order leaves our hands, delivery times are in the control of our courier partners.


3. Pre-Orders & Limited Drops

STYX occasionally offers pre-orders for new releases and limited runs. These items are made to order and may take longer to ship.

  • Estimated dispatch dates for pre-orders will be clearly displayed on the product page.

  • If you order both in-stock and pre-order items together, your order will ship once all items are ready.

  • To receive in-stock items sooner, please place them in a separate order.

We’ll notify you via email once your pre-order ships — no need to check in unless your address changes before dispatch.

Pre-orders are final once production begins, but if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll replace it immediately.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after dispatch.

If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 business days, contact us at hi@drinkstyx.com with your order number.


5. Delivery Issues

If your parcel is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please:

  1. Check with household members or neighbours.

  2. Confirm the address entered at checkout.

  3. Contact the courier directly using your tracking link.

If it’s still unresolved, reach out to hi@drinkstyx.com — we’ll help investigate with the courier.

Please note: STYX is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels after confirmed delivery, but we’ll always do our best to assist.


6. International Shipping

International shipping isn’t available yet — but it’s coming soon.
For now, we ship exclusively within Australia.
